Phoenix Security & Technology is a DMP dealer in Phoenix. We design, install, program and service DMP intrusion alarm and access control systems for businesses across the Valley, and we connect them to 24/7 central station monitoring. If you already have a DMP panel, we can take over service and monitoring without replacing it.

Why we install DMP for commercial alarms
DMP (Digital Monitoring Products) builds its panels, keypads and communicators in the United States and designs them for commercial work. That is why it is the alarm platform we put in most offices, warehouses, restaurants and retail stores:
- One panel for intrusion and doors. DMP panels handle burglary zones, panic and duress buttons, and door access on the same system, so arming the building and locking the doors happen together.
- Cellular communication. DMP communicators report over cellular, so the alarm still reaches the central station when the internet or phone line is down or cut.
- Room to grow. Adding zones, keypads, doors or a second building is an expansion, not a new system.
- Remote programming. Most changes, from adding a user to changing a schedule, are made remotely the same day without a service visit.
Virtual Keypad: run the system from your phone
Every DMP system we install includes the Virtual Keypad app. Owners and managers can arm and disarm, see who came in and when, add or remove user codes, get alerts, and lock or unlock doors from anywhere. When an employee leaves, their code is deleted in seconds.
AlarmVision: cameras that tell the alarm what they see
AlarmVision is DMP’s video analytics. It watches camera views for people and vehicles in areas that should be empty after hours and treats a detection like an alarm zone, so the central station gets an alert backed by video instead of a guess. It cuts down on false dispatches from blowing debris, animals and shadows, which matters in Phoenix when monsoon storms set off motion detectors.
DMP access control
DMP’s access control runs on the same panel as the alarm: card and fob readers, door schedules, and a log of every entry. Doors can lock automatically when the building is armed and stay unlocked during business hours. For buildings that need more doors or more advanced hardware, see our access control systems page.
24/7 monitoring for DMP systems
We connect DMP systems to 24/7 central station monitoring for burglary, panic, fire and environmental alarms. Operators see which zone tripped and call your contact list before dispatching, and AlarmVision video can confirm what is happening. Read more about alarm monitoring in Phoenix.
Taking over an existing DMP system
If your building already has a DMP panel installed by another company, you usually do not need a new system. We can:
- Inspect the panel, keypads, sensors and communicator, and test every zone.
- Move monitoring to our central station and set up Virtual Keypad for your team.
- Replace failed sensors, batteries and outdated communicators.
- Add doors, cameras or AlarmVision when you are ready.

DMP systems: frequently asked questions
Do I have to replace my DMP panel to switch alarm companies?
Usually not. Most DMP panels can be taken over and reprogrammed for a new monitoring account. We check the panel model and its condition during a free site visit.
Does DMP work if the internet goes down?
Yes, when the panel has a cellular communicator, which is how we install them. The alarm reports over the cellular network even if the building’s internet or phone service is down.
Can DMP control our doors too?
Yes. DMP panels support door access, so one system and one app manage both the alarm and the doors.
Do you install DMP outside Phoenix?
We install and service DMP systems throughout the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and Peoria, and take projects elsewhere in Arizona.
